MCA Tuition & Fees
Invest in Your Child
Private education requires tuition. MCA receives no government funding, and we are fortunate to be ministry of Midway Baptist Church where financial support is at heart. At MCA, we made a real effort to budget and keep costs as minimal and as simple as possible for our families.

$300.00 (Non-Refundable plus $40 each additional elective per Book Fees List.)

Registration Fee of $100 should be paid upon registration. Curriculum Costs of $300 must be paid in full as soon as possible. Tuition can be paid in full by July 1 and a 5% discount will be given on tuition only for a max discount of $250.00.
Midway Baptist Church members and MCA employees also receive a 5% discount for a max discount of $250.00/child. All families will receive a 5% discount for every child after the first child. Tuition of $4600 can also be divided into 10 or 12 installments. The first payment is due on or before August 1st with the final payment due on or before May 1st or July 1st. Ten month payments total $460.00. Twelve month payments total $383.33.
Any tuition not received by the 1st of each month will be charged a $10 late fee per day, unless other arrangements have been made with the administrator. Please include any late fees automatically with your tuition payment.
You may pay tuition by using one of these methods: Cash, Check, Money Order, or Online.
Fees required for any additional state testing: Iowa State Testing, PSAT, SAT, ACT, etc. will be paid at the time of testing. Fees required for student trips will be paid by due dates provided.
Refund Policy. When tuition is paid in full, a prorated refund will be given excluding the current month. When tuition is paid monthly, no tuition will be refunded if the student is withdrawn. We will not refund any registration, testing fees, or curriculum costs. Curriculum remains as MCA property. If a student’s account falls past due more than 30 days, he or she will be placed on academic probation and removed from the program until all financial matters have been cleared.
