Join Our After School Family
Midway Christian Academy is pleased to offer an After School Program to serve our MCA families as well as our surrounding communities in K-8th grade. Bethany Elementary and Clover Middle both will bus to our Midway Baptist Church campus.
Our mission is to provide safe, supervised care in a loving Christian environment. Children will have a daily Bible message, homework help time, a refreshment and recreation activities that will encourage faith, creativity and healthy social interactions.
Registration is open for the 2024-2025 After School Program. APPLY NOW! Once full, we will place children on a wait list.
The K-8th grade After School Program (ASP) is available with a limited number of spots and for a minimal fee of up to $2250. These fees can be paid up front or be divided into 10 monthly payments of $225. Our MCA student families do receive a discount for after school since they already pay an academy tuition. These monthly payments are non-refundable; if paid in full, reimbursement can be made for remaining months. A Day at Midway After School
Roll Call & Snack...
As students arrive, roll call is in order! They will say a blessing and have snack time.
Bible Message & Prayer...
Students will receive a short Bible message and a time of prayer.
Homework Help & Activity Time...
Students will have time to get help with homework. If no homework, we will have an alternate activity they can choose to do. They can also bring something they like to do in their backpacks, read the Bible or read a personal book.
Recreation & Creative Play...
Students will have time to play teacher-led games outdoors as well as free play! On occasion we will have special recreation such as movie time or a trip to the church park across the road! We also hope to have monthly guest speakers from Midway Baptist congregation to come in and share their God given gifts and skills! We will also have Bible reading time as well as worship music time; a time to sing and dance before the Lord!
