Here at Midway Christian Academy, our kindergarten and early elementary students are taught in a nurturing environment in hopes to lay a foundation both academically and spiritually.

Our Primary School Classroom

Primary school years create the much needed language and mathematic foundation for all future  learning! Our primary teacher works together with the students and their families to help strengthen the foundational learning and training our students need to be successful students in their future.  Meet our elementary school teachers.

We also believe our small class sizes allow teachers to personalize instruction to better meet the diverse needs and learning styles of all the students.  The combined grade levels of kindergarten and 1st also allow opportunities for leveling up or down when beneficial to the child, opportunities for growth as a leader and a follower, as well as opportunities to become strong independent readers and co-learners.

Elementary School Curriculum

At MCA, our elementary school curriculum comes from years of proven success with this line of biblical instructional materials through ACE curriculum.  Our chosen curriculum includes critical thinking challenges and is enhanced with hands-on learning. The core subjects include language arts, math, social studies, science, and the Bible.
