Admissions Steps

Welcome on Board

We are passionate about educational ministry, and we want to come alongside our families to support and prepare your children for their very best life with Jesus Christ. We want to offer families a clear vision of what MCA's educational experience will be like for their family.  We are here to help our families believe for the blessings and for the spiritual growth that will abound beyond measure when we sow into our children’s faith!

1. Contact our MCA Director and complete our Interest Application.
Parents and guardians are asked to contact us to get more info at midwaydirector@outlook.com.  Please share any further questions, comments or concerns. If your family is genuinely interested in our academy, submit a Student Interest Application to initiate the process and get on our wait list.

2. Prayerfully consider this family commitment.
After carefully reviewing our mission and beliefs, we encourage you to discuss every aspect of this exciting opportunity and pray for discernment regarding the level of involvement that best meets your needs. Also take some time as a family to look at our Statement of Faith. If you decide to proceed with the admissions process, a registration form must be completed for each student.

3. Apply for a local MCA Scholarship.

As we receive donations through our Partnerships page, we will let our families know. Please complete the application to be on our scholarship recipient list if there is a financial need. Through this program, we hope to be able to serve more and more families in our community!

*** Above this point all steps are informational and optional. Steps beyond this point require a commitment of time, information, and money. ***

4. Complete the Enrollment Form.

The parents complete the application sharing responses about their background, their understandings of Christian faith and education, and their hopes, desires, and expectations for their children's education.

Submitting the MCA Registration form requires paying a non-refundable application and placement testing fee of $100.

6. Schedule the prerequisite core subject placement test for each student.
The purpose of the testing is to affirm that the student is adequately prepared and equipped for the courses and grade level he or she will be entering at MCA. Sometimes, knowledge or concept gaps are identified that can be tended to in the months before the start of classes to ensure we are preparing the student for academic success.  This testing will be schedule with the director and held onsite; typically for two mornings 8:30-10:30am.

7. Pay Curriculum Fee and Register for Courses.
Complete Course Registration for each student after the curriculum fee is paid of $300. High school students can also register for dual credit electives which are offered as additional costs to the tuition with affiliated colleges.

8. Pay Tuition.
You will receive confirmation of acceptance and tuition requirements. Tuition is due before classes begin or on an agreed payment schedule. You may pay in full at the time of registration, pay in two installments for each semester, or pay monthly.  Payments are due by the first of each month starting in August. See Registration Form for agreement and policies with more detailed information.

9. Apply for After School Care.

If your family needs After School Care, please fill out the student application.  This care will be available on full school days up until 6:00pm for an additional fee.

10. Come see us! Schedule a tour to visit our MCA campus!
Contact our Director to schedule a tour either during school hours, after school, or during the summer months!  Our door is always open to see what we do! Before school begins in August, parents will also be invited to an MCA Open House. At this time, your family and child will meet and greet the teacher and fellow classmates!
